1. Introduction, Definitions and Stipulations

If there is discrepancy between the English version of these rules and the translation into another language, the English version is considered to be the correct one.

If there is a discrepancy between the bonus rules and Bonus Terms and Conditions, then the Bonus Terms and Conditions is considered to be the correct source of information.

General Terms and Conditions applied.

Bonus abuse / abuse – voluntary or involuntary violation of the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

Bonus misuse – voluntary or involuntary malicious exploit of the bonus mechanics and algorithms to take financial advantage of it.

Bonus program – a bonus or a set of bonuses, promoted by the Website.

Internal bonus rules – additional rules applied to a bonus or a set of bonuses including the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

2. Who can claim bonuses

2.1. See clause 3 of the General Terms and Conditions to learn about restrictions.

2.2. Unless otherwise specified in the internal bonus rules, any individual that doesn’t violate clause 3 of the General Terms and Conditions is eligible.

2.3. Unless otherwise specified in the internal bonus rules, a bonus is to be claimed by verified clients only.

2.4. All website offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller etc), IP, or shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

3. Deposits

3.1. Unless otherwise specified in the internal bonus rules, a bonus may be claimed if the deposit was made via any payment method.

4. Bonus payouts

4.1. For no deposit and deposit bonus withdrawals, we reserve the right to request additional documents. Regarding the KYC (Know Your Customer), the following documents may be needed for verification: One government approved identity card (ID card, passport and driver's license) with a picture, as well as proof of residency such as a utility bill (which has been issued in the past 90 days). If your deposit was via a credit card we will require a photo of the credit card (front and back) showing all 4 corners.

4.2. No winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.

4.3. Arenabet reserves the right not to pay clients registered using disposable email addresses.

4.4. All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. Arenabet reserves all rights to void Bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Client hereby consents in advance to the same.

5. Lifetime of the bonus

5.1. Bonus funds and winnings are to be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus.

5.2. Only one bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit related bonuses cannot be "stacked". Arenabet management reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.

6. Wagering

6.1. The Wagering Requirements for Free and Registration bonuses are forty (40) times the Bonus sum credited to the Client, unless stated otherwise in the Internal Bonus Rules.

7. Disputes
